What You’ll Do
- Deliver expert sugaring services using our Smart Sugaring technique
- Perform (or train into) skincare services and facials as we expand offerings
- Create personalized guest experiences through thoughtful consultation and education
- Build long-term guest relationships that drive retention and membership growth
- Educate guests on pre- and post-care, including our Earthly Care product line
- Maintain a clean, organized treatment room and uphold all sanitation standards
- Support studio growth through referrals, retail, and promotional initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Active Esthetician or Cosmetology License (Indiana required)
- 1+ year of hands-on experience preferred (we will train the right candidate)
- Passion for guest experience and relationship-building
- Confidence in recommending retail and memberships
- Positive, reliable, and team-oriented

Schedule
20+ hours to full-time availability within studio hours:
- Monday–Thursday: 8am–9pm
- Friday–Saturday: 8am–6pm
- Sunday: 10am–6pm
